For me, it is 'seeking' a high and occasional excitement to spice up the mundane life which I lead everyday. The same monotonous wake up, work, OT, go home, dinner with wife and sleep. I count my blessings for such a wonderful, stable life but occasionally I feel really stressed as it is just so 'mundane'. I am often gripped by guilt after cheonging. How can I be so uncontented, so 'restless'..... I want to stop but I just can't. Once the urge is there, I will find all sort of excuse to myself. sigh...

I also see many old men going with younger women so it could also be ego at work. Lust is definitely the main reason.
