I am not a doctor. I personally can accept that your reasoning seems logical for HIV test, provided you are truly dedicated and disciplined in your sex style with those couple of WLs. But if you should experience prolonged pain, itchiness, rashes or sores after sex with WLs, do indeed check for other STDs.

Let me explain the reasons behind this.

If I only have sex with 3 WL"s at legal houses. If they are allowed to continue working, that means they are free of HIV, which means as long as they are working, I should be safe. No need to get tested for HIV.

If one of them stops working or leaves, it is probably due to HIV infection or other reasons, then I need to get tested.

(aka doctor training center)

Both send your sample to probably the same lab, and deliver the same result.
I think the differences is fee charged, waiting time and respect for your privacy.
