Not all hotels in hcmc allow you to bring another girl to your room. Need to check girl friendliness of the hotel.

Most hotel will require u to provide proof if u claim the partner is a wife. If not they will have to surrender their passport for safe keeping....

Here's something that I was told by a friend who went hcmc before that im unsure of the accuracy since the one and only time I was there is in 1999 for a 2 days work trip.

Apparently if at the time that you check book or reserve your hotel room, you provide the female companion's name and id details, she's free to stay with you during your stay there even if its a non girl friendly hotel. And of course by female companion, I'm referring to vietnamese girls.

Anyone can advise if this is ok?
