Compile your documents to substantiate your P&L. I hope you've had your auditor for it.

Lawyers always like to talk long time as they charge by hour and letters. And they never, say sure win the case.

My lawyer once told me, you have money, I'll win it for you.

im a sole proprietor, so some expenses are not kept.

But when one is in dire straits, the only thing one can do is to try every possible ways to get oneself out of the troubles.
Actually i did tried calling n emailing Pro Bono b4 when i came across the website but the PIC told me my case they will not be able to handle as it is not under their care

Haha confidential. Anyway the case solved.

But Pro Bono say i can book a session for free legal advice with volunteer lawyers.
End up i din book .. becos i think the legal advice is abt 20 mins duration only.
Not only depend on pay but also which category is the case.
Those serious case it is not covered under Pro Bono.
