I concur with your many points. Many local customers are simps and carrot heads. If only they ever know what some MLs describe them behind their back. Worst simps are those who defend MLs who are trying to pull a fast one, short change us in terms of services and advertisement, arrogant, cheat money via KC ways, etc, etc.
