What information will be in the MOH SMS Quarantine Order?

Anyone got the QO? Wonder what information will be inside the sms? Will it list the location you visited or just say you been to a Covid case location?

Unless u r covid positive then u must upload your trace together entry for past 25 days

Then depending on which officer call you. Some will skip the too details, some ask more. Key they want to know is whether u go any of the current clusters.
