Desperate until stupid

Hi guys ... I need advice for the situation i am in ... Pls help as i am very corner now

I work a small end job that do not pay a lot and is driving related and recently i bang into a car and i have to pay damage fees of almost $5000 but i really dont have the money

So then i turned to one of those sms i got about money lending service for a $10000 loan for 5 year and i have to pay $185 every month

I have contacted the agent and sent my information like IC front and back and CPF statement and bank account because he say it will be non troublesome and when i send all this i will immediately get loan

But just before i got the loan he video call to confirm my face and all and in viddo call he is dark background ... In the call he then say that because the company need make sure can trust me so they will lend me 500 first then i need pay back 800 in 5 days and the 300 must be fromy own pocket and can refund but first need to transfer them 800 so they know can trust me

At here i know something is not right so i say "okay brother i dont want lend already" then the person got very angry and say he went over a lot trouble like process my information with the company and all and okay if i want cancel i still need do the they lend me 500 i return them 800 step ... I argue say money dont need send me and i dont want already so why need do this then he say he already process and money will be in so no matter what i need do ... So i say back if process and money really come over why i cannot just transfer back then he keep on say he go through so many things now i say i dont want is like play his time and he do business time is money he entertain me dont know can earn how much more if is entertain a serious customer ... End up i say okay because i really worry

I want ask for help is about what i should do because i am scared will people come my house and disturb my family because i have send my IC and my address is on the IC and they got my information like IC and CPF statement what if they anyhow use

The money $500 havent come to my bank so i am waiting but if really need give $800 then can cancel i am okay as long my family safe and sound

I honestly know this might be scam but if can lose $300 to let my family be safe i am willing to do so ... I know i am really very desperate until so stupid thing also can do although i am more than 25 years old but i a really going crazy to find money to pay for car damage ... He say company name is JML Credit at RafflesCity

What should i really do and you all can laugh at me as i deserve it but also if can help give advice pleass also give advice ... My english is poor because i am from normal technical education so pls forgive me if it is bad to read ... I really dont want my family to be disturb as we are not a rich family and i have a sick family member at home we take care of

Go CID, email to minister for help....get reporter....save your msg as evident....make it big in the social media....any resource you think you can make it big....go ahead with it....once in the news, minister and police can't sit on it. Especially to the stupid ass who come out with the private money lender lic. Making those Ah Long a legit.

No car insurance meh? Y u need to pay for the 5000? Even if it’s Commercial vehicle excess is 3000 right?

Anyway, dun Wan means dun Wan. Before they transfer just call back to them u dun want to loan and record the conversation, might come in handy. Also maybe can add in if they insist to transfer, u will treat it as gift and will not return. If come pester u, call police. Assuming they are legal, call police will have effect.

Do not give the lender a single cent.

There's nothing he can do to you.

Go report to the police asap.

With the police report in hand, even if he try to use your IC for anything, you have the dated report to say you already reported it.

As for your $5000 excess, check your contract properly.
If really need to pay, arrange for installments directly with them.. Not take a loan to pay them.

Bro,

Don’t need to be afraid of them. They can’t do anything to you. Have helped a client with a similar case. End day they try to scam you via phone and will never dare to turn up to create trouble for you, because if they do so, it becomes a criminal case and the police will get involve and they will surely lose out.

So just block them and you may sleep soundly.

Last thing is, don’t transact with them any amounts of money even under the pretense of closing the case.

1st of all. If need to transfer money to ppl 1st. No need to think. Cfm something is wrong. SCAM.

2nd. if money come in. Bro. Don't think that u return back they will let u go. If I'm you, they dare to transfer over I dare to keep. Hahahaha.

3rd. Make a police report, The blue guy may not do anything. But always have a report on hand to protect yourself is good.
And if more ppl report this type of cases, the blue guys will somehow need to do somethibg.
