Dick Head Opening Pain when touch water

Bros, i need help from you guys....

My dick head opening got some problem recently....

Its soon a week when it happened......dunnoe is it becos of after visiting a Thai FL and having her BBBJ which caused it, but i am now very afraid whats is happeing....

Last week monday, visited a Thai FL, along the session ofcourse involve BBBJ, after that come home still ok.......
But around friday morning, my dick head start to feel funny when i urine, slowly i felt burning sensation at the opening of the dick head (around maybe 5~8mm inwards) when pass urine.....i got scared as it goes on until tuesday this week, when come into contact with water during shower, there is a sharp pain, but there isn't any visible changes on my dick head.
As i am scared and worried about the pain, i dun wanna drink water to prevent going urine, my urine turn very yellow n smell (becos i never drink enough water), the pain is more unbearable.

But after i read about some bros posting here, saying drink more water can help, so i tried drink more water since wednesday onwards, and its much better really, urine time not so painful, even not painful at all.
But now still having a sharp pain when come into contact with water, its jus like having mouth ulcer, bros should noe what i mean about the pain......

I am really worried whats happening????? Hope bros out there can give me some advise.......Thank You all alot in advance......

You have probably caught gonorrhea.

See a doctor immediately. You need a good dose of antibiotics.

Will i heal by myself if i never go see a doctor?
Cos its get better already in term of no pain during urine, but touch water still sharp pain, and there isn't any visible changes around it.

Where should i go for checkup and how much will the cost be??

And where should i go for the checkup? Will the doctor ask me what i had done becos the Thai FL is illegal.....
Is it expensive for the consultation and medical fees??

You need to go for a blood test because you may have caught a variety of STDs from your unprotected blow job.

Many STDs have no symptoms whatsoever or cause mild symptoms which may not be noticeable.

See a doctor straight away.
