Since your condom broke, you chances of contracting HIV in particular is the same as with having unprotected anal intercourse.

However the odds are greatly in your favour that you did not contract HIV from this single episode of unprotected anal intercourse.

HIV testing is therefore warranted for you, as you have a known potential exposure. Testing should be done only with a single HIV antibody test at the 3rd month mark. You may want to consider other STI testing during your trip for the HIV test.

But if any time during this period you experience any discomfort and symptoms, you should seek medical attention promptly. First of all, I would like to point out that arseholes are designed for shitting, not fucking.

Secondly, if you insist of performing sexual acts against the order of nature, you should take note that normal condoms are not strong enough for the additional stresses that anal sex places on the rubber barrier. Use extra thick condoms that are designed for anal sex.

Dear Milfmilfhunter,

If you engaged in anal sex with a sex worker or anyone, you should be using lubricant, especially there is no natural lubrication in the anus. Condom should ALWAYS be used as anal sex carries very high risk of transmission because the walls of the rectum are not built for vigorous thrusting.

that is not true... during the intercourse exchange of fluids will occur especially during anal sex because the rectum walls tear easily during vigorous thrusting.
