And to add on, i am willing to pay for your gym membership for 2 and a half years in case you don't have a membership there. But this is provided you're pleasant looking with good figure which means you should already be working out regularly elsewhere. And no, i don't expect you to be there with me all the time...this is not a job

LOL if you're talking about dumbbell bicep curl, it's 60lbs for 5 repetitions each arm.

Too bad opportunities like that don't come by often for me since i don't have much of a life other than eat, sleep, work, train, repeat.

1. which club do you go to orchard, bugis, or novena?
2. what kind of timing are you there?
3. body combat is the only thing i could do without thinking too much.
4. I have yet to try zumba toning.
5. are you able to devise a spot reduction programme? I know it is impossible because all trainers told me no such thing. unfortunately, I did weight training and i blew up 2 sizes LOLS!
