Can anyone please share proper PI contacts?

Hi as per title heading. Friend wants to check on spouse so would like to know if anyone here has a reliable Private Investigator that can deliver?

He went to Kokusai & they quoted 7 days work for S$5K.

I engaged a couple before for commercial & ID checks but they took my money and disappeared or simply drag the case till we give up while one even asked for more mid-way so don't want to deal with those idiots anymore.

I used to work for kokusai and sigma back in 2000. What does your friend require? Perhaps you could share with me the specific problem.
