Enginners are the 1 who move the world, i was sad we have not enough since the beginning of time. Many young enginners after working for some time, quit and search for less mechanical jobs. Hold on, this is SEX website.

Not too sure about male, females i come across many are toyboy like. Sporty actives and, kind of shy. Virgin? Too bad guys do not appreciate it. We are looking at foxy, sexy outlook w/o seeing the beauty inside.

too bad i m not an engineering guy, but a finance guy, surrounded by more gals than guys since uni till now work. it is ironical that i still choose to marry a PRC ex-fl for coming to 2 years now.

i started off as an engineer long time back in some mfg company. The company had female technicians and they were normally young,less than 25.

You can ream the hole for super fit or you can lapped it with with diamond paste for super smooth finish

As for lubricant, don't use WD-40. It dries up very fast. Use heavy duty grease!!

TS, are talking about production industry or are you talking about tool and die shop? Most of the girls in the production line are ok but I cant say the same for supporting industry. I was in this biz for more than 25 years, most of the time we only have male staffs. The only roses among the thorn is our beautiful clerks, needless to say all the guys are forever trying to date her out. IT better cos many companies require IT, esp where there are many hot babes type say in accounting firm, gov office etc.
