To me, peeping tom can be irritating! On the hand, enjoy being noticed! Especially couples! I can tell you their facial expression is funny. When action becomes hot and wild, they can't tahan and left. This was what I encountered a few times.

I used to rent a place near to Bedok Camp one year ago. It is a private property (low occupancy 40% only) with siwmming pool. The guard is old and deaf and boh-charp alots of things. Strangers also can walk in.

Now, the interesting part is very often, I saw couples performing real life action in the pool side (not in the water)!

For TS, find a quiet place is gloomy not that dark. Don't find those dirty places lah. Unhygiene. Want to get wash-up also difficult. Also, peeping tom lesser.
