Lusty Mind with lazy body
Serious problem! And hope bros & sis can help here...
I am 29 this year and encountering a really worrying problem - I want sex and CANNOT have sex because it is very difficult to keep my D**K and/or mind aroused long enough to do the deed fully. Either I do it within 5 minutes or it (the interest and thus erection) will just die off after a while. See my age? I don think i have any physical problem, more likely a psychological issue. So i think viagra and similar performance enhancement pills are not necessary. But maybe something that make me horny and wana have sex you know? Something like those pills or what not that we see in movies that gangsters always use to make their gfs horny kind... where can get such stuffs? Sigh. Or perhaps it is just a lao period that my body is telling me not to have sex for a while... Wth?!

Take sometime away from your work. A 2 weeks break would be good. Go to some nice beautiful island which isn't too secluded and not too crowded. Have a good time and re-charged that inner energy. I have a similar problem and I go away once every 2 months and it works wonder.

You probably need a healthy diet, more exercise and sufficient rest……so that your lazy body can put your lusty mind in action.
If above still doesn’t work……time to get more proper treatment through specialist. Worry will not solve your problem; action does. Cheers.

My problem is with every girl! Like sometimes dating a new girl (as in never lay her before), will get super turned on seeing her clevage, the teasing, the touching, etc. But when get down to the deed, the erection will die off. Scene 1 In movies, girl gets cold, hug hug. Arm brushes her breasts or her hand put on my thigh i will get super hard cos anticipating... Erm... think it's been like that since Feb this year? Previously i was having Fantastic sex with my ex gf who was SUPERB in bed and we did all kinds of exciting stuffs at interesting locations! Thinking back, could i really be bored with sex now that we've parted ways?
Sigh. It is true that this girl opened up my mind and let me see whatever i never tot of in the past were actually possible. So perhaps i need her back...? I think your problem may be psychological and it's all in the mind. If you cannot let go what's in the past then you will never felt satisfied with present. You will always felt that the past is the best and nothing can compare now.
If you still cannot relax yourself and enjoyed yourself even after exercise, meditation, etc. then you really need help. You may need to see a psychiatrist and/or a doctor to help with your problem. One question, do you masturbate often? If yes, then better stop or reduce them gradually.
