I have a similar experience with you, TS, during my NS days. It was a Navy specialist. We were sailing from Singapore to Australia and back.

Gosh, her braless image with a singlet in her bunk still gives me a hard-on now. Hahaha.

To start with, Bro bangyomum, do you even know her?

If the answer is "No" then I think it's an uphill task. But, you can still cook up some story to try to get to know her and see where it leads?
