Just wondering as I've not used delay sprays before. I know that it helps to delay by numbing but wouldn't that reduce the sensation too, and does it affect how long one can stay standing?

yes, they work by numbing sensation. personally i've tried before blisswater. you need to find the number of sprays that suits you. too few sprays, you will still cum but can tahan slightly longer. spray too much, numbs you too much and may affect your erection.
