Yummy 拉面 in town!
Feeling hungry for some quick bite last Sat, so I went in search of a food joint in town.
I remember that there is a Fish joint nearby for some sashimi, wanted to visit it but it was closed. Sian.. Then something caught my eye: a new food joint. How cme I nv see this before? So. I decided to go in and try the food. Not bad deco. The front cashier is tended by a pretty PRC lady. Hmmhmm.. I saw the food menu: quite normal food- serving the parts head, body or legs. So I decided to order the handmade noodles instead. Wanna try and see their 拉面功夫. I was shown to a private room for my meal. No connected washroom? No napkin to cover my lap?? Alamak.. Nvm. So I just sit down and waited for pple to serve my food. The same gal came in with her ingredients for the 拉面 apparently there is only 1staff working tat day. Lucky me  So she starts her dough kneading, pressing and here and there. Hmm.. can be better. But of coz I am nt here to see the kneading process. Then she ask whether wanna add oil, I said ok. Then she started to use her secret skill, gliding the oil on the surface. Trying to make the dough rise.. But the dough cannt rise, coz she was kneading and talking to me. Where can rise? Then she began to say that the joint just opened recently only. And the staffs were serving non-stop for dinner and supper. Wah! She then popped a question asking me whether I want to add some spice to the food. Haha. Of coz! The extra cost is rather high but I managed to bargain lower. She said some guys willing to pay. Kao. She went out to get the spice set, leaving me cold in the room... No napkin mah.. damm I need some warmth. In order nt to mess up her dress, she stripped. Then she invited me to join her in the kneading. She had to sit on me but nt fully. She said the stick too big, must roll slowly. Haha. I dun care.. just roll the stick hard.. seeing the dough bounce up n dwn. wah.. making me n her sweat. Cannt tahan liao. I told her to change stance, she lay on the table n I on top. Yummy.. I can smell the fragrant of the mee. Within mins, done! The finished dish.  Ratings Looks: 8 Kneading skills: 7, for the gliding motion Spice: 8, making me sweat. Shiok! Confirm return to visit. She told me that other staffs r also SYTs. Skills n looks on par if nt better. Bros, pls pm me for this gem place. Time to share! But must hv to protect this place, so high pts r needed. Do post FR n share ur food tasting on other staffs too. So tat everyone can knw what food to order frm which staff.

Wahahaha! Bro sexboi! Seems like you had a 辣妹 rather than 拉面!!!
Got apply the traditional hand-pulling method in the noodle making process?... and then must tarik shiok shiok one leh! Hahaha! I hope you had a good time 'kneading' her dough too!  ...

hand made nude-dles with apron on only ah?
Got "k" chor for taste enhancement? chilli on dough taste quite good too........ up u some points for effort in nude-dles class. cheers,
