How difference is WL in HC compared to FL?

Sorry if this has been discussed before .. I didn't find any thread on it.

I'm just very curious. I know that unlike those in the legalized red-light district, HC WL is very much as illegal as FL. I was amused when I saw the title in FL Dome forum with the phrase "free STD included". Doesn't this apply to the WL in HC too, since I assumed they don't go through health check also.

Is HC WL safer than FL (in terms of STD), or they are all in the same boat?

Nowhere is safe from STD if you have unprotected sex.

FL=freelancer, WL=in health centre. both we don't know them, so how to tell one is safer than the other? Both expose you to risk.. Take precaution and cheong at your own risk...
