back pain due to sex?

i always experience back pain while having sex. Was wondering if any bros here experienced it before and manage to find a way to counter it. thanks!

It's likely that you've injured your back previously; heavy weights or long periods of bad posture.

Best to rest your back for a few weeks before you do any strenuous exercise or sex-ercise.

yes, i used to carry heavy weights in the past. But ever since i was enlisted into the army, i totally stop all kinds of excercise. I was given an admin posting. in total, it i have rested for 2 years already. gets really unbearable. but still, the shiokness overuled everything. only after i cummed, then regret. haha...

Isit sore, as in "sour" feeling, or pain, as in sharp pain?

If sore or "sour" feeling, according to Chinese medicine, u may have too much sex recently / poor kidneys. Gotta eat some more tonics / nourishments.

Even for normal back ache, tonics to 补气 is good for recovery of bodily functions. Do try those along with good proper rest.

its definately a sharp pain. and i don't have sex very often.
one week 3x is the max.
but, will try some tonics.... can advise what kind? thanks...

mate, which part of the back gets the pain? imagine you segment your spinal area into three parts, which third would get the aching sensation. and is it a sharp sort of pain or a dull pain that radiates around the area? also, is it on the spinal area, or on the areas flanking the spinal area?

and better get ur body checked..... dun think ur back should hurt if u'r normal.

Strongly recommend that you go see a doc and maybe take X Ray, sometimes there are problems with the vertebrae , maybe cartilage worn out or something ... Chinese sinseh, no no first until you hv taken x ray

I only know that the main component in the capsules I was given, was ginseng.

btw, u can try goin for swmmin regularly to strengthen ur back..
but pls dun try those butterfly or simi-lan pattern...

if it's sharp pain, then u better go see a doctor, something may not be right with yr bones / spine! Cos tissue / muscle issues or weak kidneys usually cause "sour" pains, but the intensity can also be rather unbearable, causing "weak" or no strength symptoms.

1 week 3 ejaculations, or 1 week 3 nites? There was a period of time, I had 1 week 3 or 4 nites of sex, total more than 10 - 12 ejaculations, I "hang white flag" & reduced sex very shortly after.

Try pig's kidney / liver, especially boiled with soup. Boiled chicken soup is also ok, but pig's said to be better. Can oso try asking those old aunties or Chinese Medical halls / shops, quite some of those tonics I dunno how 2 type out here.

yes, swimming is very good exercise therapy for most illnesses. Best is Breast stroke.

well, from what i know, its the lumber spine that hurts, the lower back.
I even had a MRI done on my lumber spine, but apparently, the radiologist did not detect anything. Cowgirl is a good position but my girl can't last more than 2 mins. Its very tiring for her. Will probably try taking some tonic

anyway, i have sex the most 3x a week. Normally is one to two times a week.
that's not alot right?? LOL....

1 week 3 ejaculations. After i cum, i need quite a long time to recover, both my didi and my back. So can't really try doing two times a night. But i last for say 20 mins to 1 hour per shot, depending on the condom and on my physical status that day.
