My apologies to bros who had pm me for the location, however, I had
just came to know that the shop was called off because of some last
minute disagreement with the shop Owner.

Actually, I realised that I did not take note the actual address of the shop
and went back there on Sunday. The signboard outside was already up.
The gate was not locked so I went up to look see, all were already in place,
but was surprised to see that the lady was there alone and she was very
upset. She told me that she had spent more than
ten thousand dollars to set up the shop but the shop Owner,
who is selling shoes on the ground level, hanged the shoes
along the staircase, which she disllowed. This gave raised
to a lot of arguments and the Owner wanted to take back
the premise and refund her the deposits, however, she
would lost about three thousand dollars in the renovations
and other things.

Anyway, I told her that in this line, nothing can be done and it was
better to find out earlier than later, she may even lose more. I told
her I will try to get her a property agent to find her another
shop.
