i think he is a smart guy as he has zero posting.Hence,cannot zap him. Perhaps,he is already asking ard and people judge him with good reputation of 10 always.

he is not av officer for sure but he won't contribute and he keeps on pester others. ignore him, let him go find FL by himself

I already gave. But if he's not AV, then it doesn't really matter as long as he doesn't abuse the numbers. If he give the contacts to his friends, it will also help in the FL's business.

Also, who knows whether he cheong or not. Maybe he do it but don't post?

The worst is that he might be an OKT in disguise asking for the FL's contact and then may try to get the FL under his wings. I heard some of the OKTs do that. I say this because he didn't ask for contacts under OKTs.

Hi Bro

Just want to share my opinion.

(1) He should not be giving the number to his friends like that without consulting or asking for permission from the FL first. What if his friends are also like him so unethical resulting in prank calls to the FL?

(2) We do not know how his friends are like. At least down here, we have a points and reputation system and FRs to gauge before we decide to release the numbers to the brothers here.
