intelligence hq wont review any info unless u approach them in the correct way, with the correct access code, regardless of rank.

Btw, i agree with u abt the sharing point of view.. i think i am the one who has shared the most with newbies.. i must say i will only share with unknow members after i have monitored them for a while.. if they gain my trust i will share with them.

But this kind of thing no need to post out, just use pm... this to avoid arguments with ppls that are against sharing with strangers.
