Sharp but short pain after sex

Hi Bros,
I am not sure if this is the right place to post my experience, so I appologise first in the event that I am wrong.

I have been having sex with this young intern in my company over the past two weeks. Every single time after having sex with her, I experience a sharp but short pain after pissing. On the other hand, when I have sex with my fiancee, the same occurence do not happen.

At first, I thought that I ruptured a vein in my penis, but this seems rather incoherent to the fact that firstly it happened one-time too many (my dick would be dead if I ruptured a vein or veins everytime I had sex with her!) and secondly there was no blood visible at any time.

Can some bros shed some light on this mini abnormality?

I did went for a full body check up, 5 days before the first time I had sex with the intern and I am found to be fully healthy and medically fine, therefore I think you can rule out diseases or illnesses.

if so, it could be any of the three;

Gonorrhea
Gonorrhea is a bacterial STD, transmitted to/from another person through either genital, oral or anal contact. Symptoms appear 2 ot 21 days after contact an infected individual.
In women syptoms include:
thick, pus-like discharge
vaginal soreness
painful, burning sensation upon urination
bleeding after intercourse
UP TO 80% OF WOMEN EXPERIENCE NO SYMPTOMS
Male Symptoms:
thick, cloudy, foul-smelling penile discharge
painful, burning sensation upon urination
testicular or abdominal pain
Gonorrhea is treated with an injection of antibiotics.


Chlamydia
Chlamydia is a bacterial STD and one of the three most common STDs on the Stanford Campus. Symptoms appear from several days to weeks after contact.
In women symptoms include:
increased discharge which may be colorless and odorless
pain with intercourse on deep penetration and/or bleeding after intercourse
burning with urination
80%-90% OF WOMEN HAVE NO SYMPTOMS
Men should look for the following symptoms:
penile discharge
burning with urination/frequent or urgent urination
itching at the end of the penile opening
25% OF MEN HAVE NO SYMPTOMS
Chlamydia is successfully treated with antiobiotics.

Chancroid
Chancroid is a bacterial infection which can be transmitted through oral, vaginal, or anal intercourse. Untreated chancroid can infect and swell the glands located in the groin. Chancroid is especially dangerous as the sores it produces increase the chances of getting HIV.
Symptoms:
appearance of small boil or ulcer
open sore
painful urination
Chancroid is successfully treated with oral antibiotics.


all 3 readily treated with antibiotics. stop the sex for now, and eat the med. when everything ok liao carry on. be sure to inform the intern she might have it as she may have no symptons at all.

Thanks bro for your helpful comments. I do not have any symptons of chancroid, gonorrhea nor any symptons of Chlamydia although I do take note that 25% of men have no symptons. I do want to mention that I have had protected sex with her all along while receiving only blow job with cap. Is there any presumption you can make if you assume I do not have any diseases?

I will be having another full medical check up on Monday for my overseas posting so I will be able to clarify that matter. Meanwhile, I will take your advice and abstain from sex till then. Cheers

it could be spasm...your dicky works too hard being twisted here and there, trying various hard and difficult position...don't worry it will goes off...i also experienced in the past and went to see the famous Dr Cheok and he always say it is spasm...give me some relaxant and i am fine... just remember your dicky is made of tissues and veins...don't try to bend it too hard...when it is is hardened...

Thank you bros for your kind advice. As mentioned, I went for a full medical check up again for my overseas posting and I am clean and healthy, which is great news. However, I intend seek specialist consultation if the problem still persists.

I had the same problem once... turned out the spermicide in the condom caused the sting. Also could be intern's birth control if she's using a novaring or foam type. If you're using a spermicide condom with the intern but nothing with your finace this might be the issue.
