1st shot can but 2nd shot... is it a form of PE?

I tried doing 1st shot with my gf, don't think can last about 5 mins. Sometimes can last about 10 mins.And after the first round, my 2IC can't really be stand strong and ejacluate, I think I will need to recharge about 1-2 hour then can have the 2nd shot. Is it common to everyone? I know is mind over power but I keep telling I want to go for 2nd shot but my 2IC can't do anything. Is it stress that I am having? Should I consult a doctor?

Premature ejaculation is defined by Mayo Clinic as 'ejaculation earlier than when you or your partner would like to' .

It certainly sounds like you may be suffering from a mild form of PE. It may be good to seek consultation and a checkup with a men's health doctor.

Why does PE got to be defined by Mayo Clinic? PE is PE la.
