Yes bro, i went to a place which is abt 20mins away from nagoya by train. Most of the house, there is a signage that state "ONLY FOR JAPANESE" .. When u try to go in, the OKT will approach u with photos of the gals. But when they talked to u and realised that u r not a japanese, they will walked away and wont entertain u.
