If you see a lady for the first time and you look at her, you get a pretty good oppinion in your mind about how she looks, right? then consider 1 is not good looking and 10 is the most beautiful woman you ever saw.

Honestly I do not have time to look for as my work schedule involves a lot of travelling and long hours.

If you consider you are 1/10 then you have a serious problem of confidence. What I would recommend you is to ask a few people random to write on a piece of paper how they think about your looks from 1 to 10 and then to give you the folded paper. Once you get all of them, open and you'll be surprized to see the results.
