ah long should be tackle by CID.

AV,ICA & licensing dept do not go after illegal gambling & ah longs .....

Do you think the police got enough manpower to raid the hc and spa anymore? Even they raid they also can't raid anything. By the tine they reach there all the syt had hide don't know where Liao. So I don't think they want to waste their time to raid anymore. They rather use they manpower to focus area much easy to catch. Plus their big head had ask them to focus on other area so no time for the hc and spa.
