Pain
Hi brothers,
I am having this sharp pain when i apply pressure half way towards the tip of the penis, there is a slight smell discharge. The rest of it feel ok. What is it actually ?? Internal inflamation? Should I go to the doctor or should I just let it heel by itself ? Thanks

Good points that all the other bros brought up.
Sharp pain and discharge (whether it's smelly or not) that has never happened before: no need advice from bros here. The ALARM BELLS or SIRENS should already be going off in your head when these things happen. I guess you've already gone. So tell us what this is all about? Also another thing: are you saying you've been exposed to commercial sex, therefore maybe got risk of STDs? If so and you kena STD from some hooker, please come back to tell bros about it here. If you have been sexually active, see a doc.
If you are not, it could be due to UTI (Urinary Tract Infection). You need a course of antibiotics and also to prevent such problem from occuring, drink enough water everyday.

UTI infections is accompanied with pain in the stomach as well. Looks like you kana some infection or STD. DO go and see adoc asap. AND WARN THOSE WHOM YOU HAVE SEX WITH BEFORE ALSO. Please do so for all people's sake.
If you have diagnosis of wat it is, do try to think back whom you sleep with and warn them as well, back to the possible date when you first got it.
