If i am not wrong, it is a nightclub. It is located side by side with another KTV called Shen Hua.
Always see some valets standing outside the entrance whenever i passed by in the night time.

well i been there once. its a HFJ. large selection of gals, i think at least frm 15-20 gals. at least 6-7 are lookers. nvr really bother abt their singing though...

Juz now, standing at the opposite H81, while waiting for cab...saw a few PRCs...quite chio....SYTs...smoking outside, dunno is from SHEN HUA or YANG GUI FEI..hmm...
n oso a police car parking outside...seems the gals not afraid of the police  still chatting n smoking with customer..

Its a "hang flower' joint...similar concept to Shen Hua next door.
Not sure about the charges, but the singers at Shen Hua are kinda not bad and friendly too.... It boils down on how deep your pocket is when it comes to 'hanging flower' joints.... IMHO.
