stds only transmit from certain body fluids and blood, so if your finger has a break in the skin, or touched somewhere where there's a mixture of her blood and fluids with urs, then please seek early treatment.

I vaguely recall from someone saying that their friend did that also, and now undergoing treatment for aids. After digging the girl's arse, he suspect the girl had STD, it turned out to be aids after he went for checkup. Because his body sometimes starts to itch, sometimes with/without boils that look like mosquito bites, that's what prompted him to go for the test.

I think quite high chance because there are normally minute skin cracks along the edges of the fingernails. Then the virus gets into the blood stream thru these breaks in the skin.
