Thats not true if you consider toning up and getting fit. I used to buff up in the past and still had strong urges to masturbate... It keeps ur heart pumping stronger and ur didi longer lasting...

got such thing meh? body building will not affect your sexual health if u pcc or have sex. i think instead it will boost your sexual health, because when u exercise, blood flows more smoothly and your body becomes more 'reactive'. But if u ask me why people tend not to have have sex or pcc after a day in the gym (or they find that pcc will weaken the body after body building), i think the reason is.... we are normally too tired and physically drained after body building, so if u have sex or pcc, you will feel very weak.... and your body needs to replenish even more to compensate for loss protein or nutrients .

A lot of false information here.
Proper training will enhance your sex life; that is a guarantee. But obviously if you jack off prior to training, your performance will be affected. Jacking off too much too often also depletes your 'spiritual energy', for the lack of a better term. |

guys u are all wrong!!!
the main reason is bein that while bodybuildin, u need to have a boost of testostarone which is da main hormones to grow muscles, ppl who take steriods have a sudden surge of production of testostarone hormones which explain why they are much stronger and able to grow muscles much faster then da regular guy, while da side effects are severe bein very temperamental, EXTREMELY HORNY, acne outbursts if u never drink enough water, and in extreme cases shrinkin of ur balls, DO NOT TAKE STERIODS AT ALL GUYS UNLESS U ARE INTO HARDCORE SPORTS! if u masturbate or have sex, u lose testostarones in ur body which prevents the body to efficiently build up muscles they had worked out for the day, which renders the work out session USELESS, do not masturbate on the day of da workout day itself, it is safer to do so after a day or 2 rest before u can go chiong ah! but still u need to masturbate or have sex to release the testostarone too to regulate the regular production of ur semen and testostarone so maybe u guys can moderate ur pcc or sex session ya! symptoms of not masturbatin regularly builds up sexual tension and makes u temperamental too, and in some mild cases wet dreams haha hope this info helps ![]() cheeers |
