If you look like twenty and above, sure u go in to enjoy.But if u look like ur age which is 16, i doubt they will let u in.However in term of law, u r not allow to enter hc or gl.

l tink if u have the $$$, most or l shld say all, will sure welcome let u in de.

think they wont be worryin or concerned abt whether u are underaged or wad. They will be tinking n worrying whether u have enough $$ for their services anot.

health centres will require you to write your name and nric.
then up to them whether they got check. if they do check, think they will disallow you.

as for those illegal hc/tn, then they only worry if you got the $ for their special service only.

Definitely NO. Legal age is 18(hv to reconfirm with police). Not sure if policy change.
