go to any CAT 1 spa. make your proposal to the ML. Most will be willing as long as you got tip.

There are even customer paying 1 hour but only use 30min where he propose to the ML to let him molest her. Don't need her to touch him. tip her $80

Not quite sure what you want.
You want to get touched but not hj/bbbj/fj kind? Or you want them to touch you without you tipping? Can’t see how it works otherwise.

Then just go those Cat 1 spa, select a pretty one, massage and tip her and tell her don’t hj. I’m pretty sure she won’t reject so long you tip.

When I meant touch I meant like standard massage, I can see where it could have been confused for "touched" 😂
