If HKIA is the only option and not be able to get the MPV service, then the train would be the best option. If you are on the budget, you could get the airport train express and take connecting MRT to Hong Hum station.. if not, then take a taxi to Hong Hum if you have 3 persons with you.

The best option is SZ airport... and get private car to pick you up. I always enjoy the train ride...
