Advisory from u guys on below is very much appreciated. I'm a total newbie in these stuff and reading all those long posts simply make me even more confused therefore kindly provide straight forward answers / advise on below.
-I have been married for a year with a foreign wife.
-She is not PR, just on long term pass.
-We do not have any sexual intercourse since marriage
-We have been living apart for the last 5 months
-I believe she is working illegally in singapore without a work permit.
And so these are my questions
1) Can i fill to null/void the marriage?
2) Can i re-marry if the nullity is successful?
3) If i file for nullity / divorce / separation, can she contest it?
4) If she contests it, would i end up having to pay maintenance?
5) Do i have to get her consent for any form of separation?
6) What if she is UN-contactable or disappeared?
