So far the most common and known HIV transmission between humans, is via blood. This fact is as far as I know, but there had been indications that HIV virus could also be transmitted via bodily fluids such as semen, vaginal discharge, and saliva thru an open wound of uninfected person from a HIV full blown infected person/active HIV carrier.
Unless your girl (who kiss u) is an active HIV carrier, she may pass the virus to you via your ulcer. But then again, different scenarios calls for different explanations. Perhaps, a background check on your girl could shed some light on your doubt?
