That is a typical slang..used by vietnamese or by foreigners supposed to be funny. Yep,missed my six months working there..
But my Vietnamese understanding is basic.
If any senior bros can come out with some nice Vietnamese idioms, i am collecting..with english translation of course related to ladies/girls cause it is funny to use..something like
