Not sure about what you posted, perhaps you can clarify for us as I am sure I am not the only one that don't understand this.
Maybe you have confused the fact that for most bars in AC, it does NOT matter what the time limit is (ST or LT) as the BF is the same for both. Only a few bars in AC (mostly on Santos and a few in Perimeter, such as ex: Rios) offer a special ST rate (about 700p).
As to your question: The standard BF prices you listed above is the average LT rate in Fields( usual starting at about 1500p). Perimeter rates will be less, starting at below 1500p'
