Just like different bros have different taste in girls, I think different bros also have different styles which work for them. None is bad if it works!

Too easy to generalise everyone as bad or good... There are thousands of girls there, and my humble opinion is that they will react differently to different people. Depends wether got chemistry or not.
I am one who believes that the girls have feelings and dreams too. I am sure many want some rich, well educated, kind-hearted, honest (note: taken for the various profiles of girls on DIA - hahaha), white knight to come, marry them and take them away. (Realistically, how many here reading this believe this will happen, but they do!) Just because we pay, my humble opinion is we cannot treat them like sex slaves who must pretend to like it when some (not all) of us act like jerks or stiff like a post and don't bother to make the effort to engage them. Again, so that I do not make sweeping statements, there are some girls who ARE oversensitive - I admit. And some who down right have bad intentions and want to cheat you.. I am one who prefers to look at the glass half full and say, nevermind, if that happens I have opportunity to look for new one. But if the stay LT, then I am lucky and get my money's worth.. (3 bonks for PHP1200!!)
I believe that the pinoys in general (not all) are simple. Case in point, many FMCG companies like Nestle, Proctor & Gamble, etc have the highest profit margins in Asia in Philippines. Why? unlike most of us, when we buy shampoo or coffee, we go buy a BIG bottle, because it is worth it.. but in Philippines, they sell small sachets of coffee or shampoo.. The locals will "treat" themselves to a coffee or hair wash (yucks!!) when they have the money. most of the time they don't! They don't realise it cost them more in the long run to buy individual sachets (maybe they do, but don't care!).
They are also more free with money and to me don't quite understand the value of money.. kinda like a 10 year old.. If they have a peso in their pocket, they will lend that peso to a friend and friend. and the next day, when they need it, they will borrow it back. Very few of us think this way. And fewer would lend our last dollar to anyone, even close loved ones!
Of course with simple people, I believe they can also be very vicious when aggitated in the wrong way. And wrong way here could include foreigners not seeing things as freely as they do. That's why they cannot understand why foreigners are so stingy with their money, because that is not how they behave or THINK they would behave if they had money... When they get fired up.. beware, they can be super crazy!! to the extent that they can kill - including the girls! hahaha
Most of us go to AC to have fun, I believe the best way to achieve this is if everyone around me is also having fun, my fellow cheongsters, the girls, the waitress, the mamisan.. and fun doesn't need to be about money. The teasing (I tease back too!), the jokes (need to think hard about jokes they will understand- no offense to pinoys reading this), the bar games and tricks (that they always lose! hahaha) the pool, all adds up to fun FOR ME (may not be for everyone)..
Maybe I am lucky (hopefully I don't jinx myself), maybe I am niave, but I have met nice people while I was there. Maybe its just the attitude.. Oh! BTW, I'm quite loud and crazy type - not crazy throwing money or ping pong balls - thats the way I feel most comfortable and escape from my normals more reserved self at home
