the scenario i mean is will i be required to sign anything like to be her sponsor and be liable for her misbehaviour should she break the law here. Please... I beg everyone. I have been troubled by such thing recently. I know it's a chance i should take if i were to get involved in her. I can't provide for her financially but at least if possible and there's not much/no consequences, this is what i can do for her. Of course i have to exercise my own due diligence and research to back my action and hence the consequences thereafter.

Let me re-write ...
The scenario is very simple ...
1. If she is ALONE ....
If lucky ... Clear immigration without questioning.
If unlucky, will called into office for questioning.... Will be ask why she come here? Where she stay? Any reference n reference's contact? If it is trustworthy based on the assessment , she will be cleared else probably send go back. Else they will call the reference contact given to question the reference given. If they are ok, the reference contact will be asked to come down to airport with his/her NRIC to pick up the gal.
2. If YOU are with the HER ...
If she is lucky , clear immigration with questioning.
At this point, during clearing n the officer realize you are with her , the officer will ask her or you , how are you all related? If bf/gf... The officer will write down your IC on her DE card for further checking ... subsequently after you are checked and are cleaned, next entry for her alone is easier , else she will most likely be refused entry on her next visit.
If she is Unlucky... She will be called into the office for questioning. A repeat of the same process ... N please at this point, the reference stated must be you else it will cause confusion N unworthiness that why u are her bf n bring her in n the reference is not you. If they know you are outside, likely she will be cleared.
Additional scenario ...
A. Her photo n thumbprints will be taken in the office .
B. You will be screened for single or married.
C. Luggage may be opened to screened for sexy clothings if she us deemed untrustworthy.
At all theses juncture.... NO documents will be signed n you will NoT be Liable for anything .... You are NOW only her reference in SG ... nothing more n nothing less !
You will be responsible only when you officially signed the SPONSOR documents!!!! - and these only applicable when she extend het stay further , apply for LTVP or PR.
However, it watever cases, stating as reference may be subjected to further questing if your gal are caught doing things illegally, repatriate back but then however disappear n did not report to the authority for repatriation.
