is it that your gf's passport behind got stamp a chop on the last page of her passport? if yes, she have been ban for 3 years cannot enter spore. have to wait for 3years then can try to enter, but still depend on whether ICA allow or not.
Please dont try to use passport with other names, coz sometime when arrived in spore, for viet, indon, thai, ICA officers may ask them go to office for thumbprint scanning. if got caught, will be 40 days jalil..
i know many indon gals kena that before..
