As for the hotel, huayu min fu, if Single Person, Rate is 350rmb (weekday)/ 395rmb (weekend). if more then 5 roomnite(ppl x number of nite stay) it can be even cheaper. (for the room you stayed)
As for ktv charges, if you have an agent that bring you there, usually you will get 33% discount. A good agent also helps you keep the bill down, get more free finger food throw in by the mummy.
