Regarding sending load from Singapore to Philippines, I use an IDT Tawagna Card value $10 but cost me $8 from Lucky Plaza.
I can choose to send to Smart (15, 30 or 60p), Globe or TM (25, 50 or 150p) or Sun (50 or 150p) by a simple dialing process. Most cost effective method so far.
If you have set your Smart sim to roam in Singapore and you can receive txt, you can be asked for load by your girl even if she is zero balance. She dials *80809289447777 and you will get a sms asking you for 5p load. Can only be done once a day.
But a word of advise, do tell them that you can only send when you have available load. So they will not pester you non stop.
