well ......... the part owner of the place has already said it will close (or have already closed) coz the lease is up and Marine disco will enlarge their premisis into where Peppermint is now. It will then relocate downstairs. No sure about the timing but they would be dumb to miss the last festival (Songkran) before the low season. I susupect anytime now.
With last years world downturn affecting planning for this years trip for the angmos ; I suspect this year's low season will be the mother of all low seasons.
