Is there such a thing as joint care and control? my lawyer told me that she had only succeeded in 1 case before and it took 2 years. the singapore courts dislike any unusual arrangement according to my lawyer. I am hoping to get 3 out of 7 days of care and control as my wife refuses to give me full cnc. any advice appreciated. thanks
