Apologies for not able to meet you up for dinner on Friday night when you called as I'm all caught up with a new project tender due for submission on coming next Tuesday...sigh...bloody couldn't understand clients nowadays....they themselves get to enjoy the holidays yet making us all work thru the holidays.....CCB......!

Wish I could join Bro Niceman & you up for kopi session as you have proposed here for next week but sad to say I'll be away again in Guangzhou from Tuesday morning till Thursday evening for my project final hand-over & inspection as my client is moving in to the new premise on Friday....sigh....

Do take Bro Niceman to Ferguson Lane if you like to, for a nice kopi or maybe a glass of wine & I'm sure he'll enjoy it very much, especially with the nice tranquil environment Ferguson lane has to offer.....most of all, to tell him it's NOT a 'atas' or high-class place as he has pictured it to be....
