That's because most of these streets are named after famous people... eg: Ly Thai To... other common names like Hai Ba Trung, Thi Sach, Bui Thi Xuan, etc etc also exist in both Hanoi and HCMC... and probably in other citites in Vietnam too... there are even districts with the same name as another street too... pretty interesting but confusing at the same time. Haha !
