If Alicia were to be the one that's pregnant and Jasmine wanted him to decide who to be with, then it can get rather complicated, knowing Mark is one that can be very indecisive and passive in many stuff relating to relationships.
As for you, why not have a plan B about your job and future? Search for other job opening and move on if you find a seemingly good one then wait for your company to ask you to leave.
