My experience at batam center, early aug went in solo there's few table outside arrivals gate, I only show once my vac cert on my phone. follow by late aug and 6th sep they never check, I just hand over arrivals card to them & off i go. In batam I don't even have the safe entry apps, none of the malls ask for it.
