I have a place which I can sublet out to max 2 pax for “personal use”. U can bring your gf, mistress, sugar baby, bf, fuck buddy, sugar daddy etc. No judgment lol
It’s a private condo, but there is no security guard. U enter via a discreet lobby and go up yourself to the unit. No checking in required.
You will have the entire apartment to yourself.
You can use the condo whenever you like & as much as u like, but please kindly book min 1-2 days in advance. First come first served basis.
Now with all the hotels need to register, check in & Safe Entry etc, it’s very troublesome & inconvenient. Not to mention NOT discreet. This one, I confirm nobody will see you & confirm discreet.
Location I will only reveal after you confirm your booking. All I can say is it’s a convenient location. Anyway this is Singapore, nothing is too far away lah. It’s about $10-15 Grab ride away from Orchard.
Terms:
- Monthly $750. Utilities bill will be shared among 2 pax. Prob only around $50/pax.
- No bargaining will be entertained
- No biweekly or daily rates pls. This is not a hotel
- I will collect 1 month rent in advance & 1 month rent as safety deposit
- Every month rent is due upfront. No such thing as pay at end of month
- I will only allow max 2 people to use this place to avoid any trouble
- I don’t need your IC or sign any contract. Just make sure u pay the rent on time every month will do
- U can rent month to month. Anytime u wanna cancel, just give 1 month notice will do. Safety deposit will be given back to u after keys given back & everything is in good condition & no damage
- Everything will be provided- clean bedsheets, clean towels, packet drinks, tissues & toilet paper, shower gel & shampoo. Just bring your own caps!
